I do feel this is going to be a particularly poor year for Switch gamers, even if they announce quite a few games in the second half, most of them are probably going to be ports, might get a couple of new games, one being Metroid Prime 4 if thats ready. The one year they could have done with the annual Pokemon release as well and the line up is completely devoid of Pokemon

There is no way that Metroid Prime 4 isn’t a Switch 2 launch title.

Tbh, I'm happy as things are. The Switch has a great catalogue of titles, a lovely screen and I'm still enjoying the TV/handheld option. I'm not desperate to start paying seventy quid for games on a new system. Long live Switch!

Yeah, I'm hoping to use my Switch a bit more now, Fisher. At some point I'd like to try Breath of the Wild, Dragon's Dogma, and No Man's Sky... plus plenty of other stuff, too. I might even take a look at Vampire Survivors!

There is no way that Metroid Prime 4 isn’t a Switch 2 launch title.

I still think it’ll be a cross gen title, but unless Nintendo have a few games in the works and Metroid is ready, I think they’ll have to release it if it was planned for the Switch.

Yeah, rather like Twilight Princess and Breath of the Wild, I think Prime 4 will appear for both systems, too. Get sales from existing Switch owners and then top-up with sales on the newer console!

Guess Paper Mario - May (Mario Vs DK, Feb. Peach, March (but almost April) ergo Paper Mario, Mid-to-late May).

Luigi Mansion, feel like it was going to be July (I think they said Summer) but if plans of releasing Switch 2 this year but got delayed until next year are you be believed they'll want to spread planned Switch releases out a little. Closer to Halloween (Sept/ Oct) would be a better shout. But if they are planning an Autumn release not sure I can see them announcing this early for 3DS remake, dunno

Yep, they seem to have access to Nintendo Directs days before they are aired (Not via YouTube uploads tho) every time a Direct is near Pyoro reveals games that will be shown and they are always spot on.

Paper Mario in April and then a Luigi’s mansion HD collection for late May/early June and I’ll be happy. Really hope they are not just porting LM2 and leaving the original behind.

The ported the original to 3DS and they'll think that was enough.

Having said that, they do seem very happy to drop HD GC ports these days so maybe we'll get that? I'm not a huge fan of LM2 so I won't be revisiting (3 is much better imo) but I'd be up for a replay of 1 in HD.
