jawa do you think you play vampire survivors.
I would like to get the game, Fisher. It is very reasonably priced (even though I missed the launch discount period!) and the action looks to be very moreish.

Studio S is probably the team that helps with Smash, Studio 2 could be the team working on the remake of a Nintendo action game that was mentioned a couple years back.

This is cool. Really sets up Bandai Namco as a future development resource for Nintendo consoles.
People talking about whether there will be a Smash game on Switch 2 and meanwhile Bandai Namco are busy setting up a studio specifically to make Smash games. Guess that's the result of selling over 30m copies
Saw this post on ResetEra:
Going by the leads, it looks like:
Studio 2:
Mario Kart 8- 2014 ARMS- 2017 Mario Kart Tour- 2019
Studio S:
Smash 4- 2014 Mario Sports Superstars- 2017 Smash Ultimate- 2018
Fair to assume Studio 2 are assisting on Mario Kart 10 and Studio S are working on the next Smash right now. And like you say Milner, that rumoured remake is probably in there somewhere. Maybe it'll be another remake to pad out the Switch's end of life release schedule?

You know what, looking at your post above about Studio S, I think I would prefer them to be working on a new sports superstars. Rather then the guff we got from Camelot this gen, just give us one sports title with multiple sports included (Golf, Tennis, Soccer, American Football, Baseball) and let Camelot have a go at something else.

Cameron is a tiny company, like 30-40 employees. And the fact that Strikers was just as light on content as Tennis/Golf makes me think the issue is Nintendo and the budget they're setting as publisher.
