Maybe they mean a Resi 4 remaster in the same engine as the RE2 and RE3 ones?

A Resi 4 remake is in development, I doubt it'll be coming to Switch though

Proper Monkey Ball would be Day 1 for me. Loved the GC original. Once lost an entire evening to Monkey Bowling.

So I’ve one user on the switch (me)
I’ve checked the save data is there on the console

Yet when I boot Pokemon it starts from the beginning & I don’t want to go through it as it will save over that data I think. What can I do? :|

I honesty have no idea, save data is only kept on the console too. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Save data could be corrupted

What if you archive the software and then re-download it?

Would have thought it’d say if it was corrupted?

Now that the Xbox Series S has shown that 1440p is a viable thing would you guys prefer a more stable 1440p Switch Pro rather than Nintendo going for 4K?
I think it would be the better option as I assume most people play the switch in handheld mode most of the time and as such 4k isn't needed.

I’d prefer 60fps.

This. 60fps and a stable true high-def output would do for me.

I'm much more interested in stable 1080p than I am in 1440p. Xenoblade and The Witcher were both pretty blurry at times when they dropped to 480p and 540p respectively.

I think the art style in Xenoblade 2 helps from making the resolution drop too much of a problem. Whilst it definitely drops resolution and frames at times I never had an issue with it visually and in fact would argue it's a great example of art often being more important than technical matters, it's one of the most beautiful games of the generation in my view.

I loved how the game looked but I do think (playing it handheld) it was honestly quite blurry now and then. When it was 540p it was OK, but when it was 376p it was quite noticeable IMO.

I understand different things affect different people though - I often don't notice FPS drops at all and those seem to drive other people mad! :shifty:

It was dreadful in handheld. Docked was a lot better.

Nah, I played it handheld 90% and it was still gorgeous.

Would I prefer a version that was locked 1080p60? Of course! But it's still a stunning game artistically

The art style was a substantial improvement on 1 and X. The clothing decisions were... not.
