Looks gorgeous, plays horribly. As Shy Guy said, the touch screen do not translate well to motion controls, which is your only option when docked.

I haven't finished the Switch port yet, but everything I've played so far has been handheld with the joycons removed for weight/comfort.

Wonder if we can expect anything from Nintendo this week in terms of announcements? Paper Mario is next week and we don’t have anything announced and dated from them after PM.

I feel like a Direct makes a lot of sense this week. They can focus on Paper Mario and reveal their lineup for the rest of year.

Me too. I don't know how excited to get yet. I would love 64 and Sunshine to get proper remakes with QOL improvements but if it's just upscaled HD I'd probably pass playing those through again. Would be happy enough with the Galaxy games upscaled though really.

That's the thing, I just want to know how to calibrate my anticipation - are these going to be full remakes with significant upgrades or something more vanilla? I don't really mind either way, I'll take portable Mario 64 in whatever form it comes but it would be nice to know what to expect!

Being that it’s Nintendo and that it’s their biggest brand I would have expected them to put a lot of effort into a Mario 35th anniversary collection. I just hope we get both Galaxy games
