So Nintendo_jp have posted something that looks very pikmin related on Instagram with August - pikmin 3 port finally incoming? It appeared randomly on my Instagram feed if anyone wants to check it out. Got a screenshot but not sure how to post it here..

On second glance, I think it might just be an August calendar picture actually. False alarm though the 10th is highlighted not sure if that means anything (unless it's just a bank holiday in Japan). All the previous month's pictures are for characters with games on switch too so guess it could be a hint...

Grip is £6 odd for the digital code off ShopTo, no idea if it's actually any good or if I'll ever play it but can't say not at that price and got about £1.40 is Gold Coins back off it too.

That's probably the least damaging thing that will ever happen to your Joycons. I've had 3 failed analog sticks, the internal shoulder buttons on 2 of them just don't work anymore, the lights don't work on 2 of them and one will not sync unless it is held vertically making it useless for multiplayer.

If there was any justice this would have been just as big a scandal as RROD but somehow it gets a free pass because 'Nintendo'.

This coupled with them not giving me a refund for a game save corruption bug in Animal Crossing has really tarnished my impression of them.

It's a shame. I normally love Nintendo and if the Joycons werent so crap I'd probably put the Switch in my top 3 consoles of all time. When it works it's amazing.

Yes, All-Star Fruit Racing is currently 95% off to put it at 77p. Yes, I used my gold points to effectively get it for free. And clearly, plenty of others decided it was worth it at that price since it's first in the general eShop chart.

And the verdict? It's competently made, though there's only so much fun to be had.

I loved it when people pointed out the open world being satirical at the time, almost like it was excusing how bad that segment of the game was. It's still shite.
