If they announced Mario Party Superstars DLC in the form of extra boards I would seriously have to considering buying it.

You are completely correct for some reason that never entered my mind.... I loved playing it though so I am happy to have finished the demo, I think I will probably go through it a few more times just cause its soooo good.
