I'm really enjoying Yooka-laylee and the Impossible Lair at the moment. The loading time at the start of the game is quite long though, and just now I was absentmindedly tapping buttons along with the music while the game loaded.

I managed to delete my save file. Bloody idiot.

Edit: cloud backups to the rescue! First time I've even thought about them on Switch to be honest.

I mean they could offer improvements such as improved battery life and more built in storage. It would be nice having the handheld mode run at least on par with docked mode as some games do tend to suffer (Mutant Year Zero being a notable example)

Plus, if it was something they launched at the same time as BOTW 2 it could take some of the limelight away from the new big boy consoles.

And there are some games that work better in handheld than docked. Point is they made a revised switch for handheld another handheld revision and Nintendo can get strawberry floated.

By brought online I meant Physically orderd a German copy saw one on Amazon , its out of stock now. I have thought about making an American account for buying things on sale on the American Eshop though.

Just to say you don't actually need to do this. You can change your account region at any time from the Nintendo website and it will let you buy from that region using your original account.

I've used this approach to get deals from all over the shop!

It's such a good game

I finished it ealier this week and absolutely plan to go back to 100% it. It plays so darn smoothly with tight controls and very creative level design, and gosh the music is something special.

Even as someone who still likes the first in spite of some pretty glaring flaws, this absolutely is a big improvement aye. Really excited to see what the team do next

im enjoying tokyo mirage sessions but there weird stuff about it, and i ainyt talking about the mirages and idolaspheres. tsubassa's a right eejit and she and itsuki keep getting strong armed into things. a lot the characters feel like just tropes and some of them dont seem to acting like the tropes theyre meant to be, every keeps saying that kiria is coming off as cold but she hasnt said anything of the sort so far.

Tropical Freeze is excellent. I wasn't all that keen at first, despite being a massive fan of the SNES trilogy, but it won me over quite quickly.
