Ended up getting the Season Pass for BotW while it was on sale. I intend to go back to it, that will make it even more appealing, I guess.

Switch arrived.... All set up. Same old profile and even had some credit on the e shop which I added to my 30 free credit for buying a switch. Bought ultimate alliance 3 season pass and gunlord.

So happy to be back in the world of Nintendo.

Kirby, Yoshi, fire Emblem Warriors and ultimate alliance. A nice little collection to begin with.

Wish my image sig would work

Tiny Metal Full Metal Rumble is a legitimate Advance Wars alternative. Don’t pass up on it based on the mediocre original.

I love Wargroove, I thought that was awesome.

Tiny Metal is a much better alternative to Advance Wars.

I didn't know it was a sequel, but I did see the game on Twitter and it look very much like Advance Wars.

I just logged on to the eShop to check out the new offers and had purchased three games within something like 25 seconds :fp:.

Monopoly (enjoyable bit of bedtime action with the wife, oi oi)
Overcooked (enjoyable bit of earlier evening action with the wife, oi oi)
Fractured But Whole (enjoyable bit of solo action when the wife's away, oi oi)

That’s the innuendo you went for with Fractured But Whole?

Seriously I think you’ll really enjoyed Overcooked with the wife. Either that or you’ll screw your marriage up beyond repair. ‘NO YOU KICKED THE TOMATO OFF THE LORRY!’

Overcooked

Overcooked 2 is better. I did think it was a fair whack easier compared to the first, but, I replayed it with the missus and 3 starred most levels on the off. So, I think it was just us being better. 4 starring the new DLC in O2 has been fairly challenging.

It sounds like a test all relationships should go through. Only after completing the game will I know if she truly is a keeper.

Pretty much. There’s a musical which goes on for three hours about how gooseberry fool marriage is and I’ve always promised myself that I’d never marry anyone who couldn’t sit through it and still want to marry me. Overcooked is the videogame equivalent.

Pedz: We have to finish Overcooked 1 first before we move onto 2, including the DLC. The Lady is adamant that we have to unlock the panda chef. No negotiations.

I'm not saying skip 1, just saying that if you enjoy it also play 2.

Which show is this? :slol:

I need to play more Overcooked but it's so stressful I always end up choosing to play something else :shifty:

Picked up Tales of Vesperia in the sale, too. Never played it first time around, so I'm hoping it's decent! Needed another big story game for my commutes. Almost finished that Pic-a-Pix deluxe thing this week...

Indeed, I bought it for less than £10 with gold points (already owned the season pass) and sold my boxed copy on Ebay for £15 :slol:

Steven Sondheim's Company. It's excellent!

Yes it is - it suits small bursts of gaming, and only really with another person. That said, as we've got better we've been able to play it for longer periods!
