Super Mario Maker 2 literally just came out

Yes but we’re not real gamers OR, we don’t know what good games are.

Mario Makers another Wii U remake. You need a PS4 to be a real gamer imo. Get one.

Go away.

If by 'be a real gamer' you mean 'purchase the widest available range of samey machismo overcompensation simulators' then... I agree! :toot:

Okay, can I just check: you are taking the Mickey, right? It’s sometimes hard to tell on the Internet, but I presume this has to be a parody of bad ‘gamer bros’. Can I get confirmation though before I join in with the joke any further? It’s a little close for comfort.

PORTLAND

Ha! I smiled out loud.

I just visited the Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Mega 39s website and ran the text through Google Translate:

In the main rhythm game of this work, it is possible to play a total of 101 songs, including the theme song of the series, to the 100 songs with a history of 10 years, including the songs to be recorded first in the series.
The rhythm game is not only the traditional way of playing but also adds a new game mode unique to Nintendo SwitchTM. You can play all recorded songs in two ways. In addition, the module contains more than 300 clothes. In addition, all PVs featuring 3D model characters have been renewed with an animation-like touch, and you can enjoy new cuteness and good looks as well.

Look forward to “Hatsune Miku Project DIVA MEGA 39's” where you can experience a huge mega-volume with a mix of new ways of playing and new expressions.

:toot: . I'm *terrible* at rhythm games but I do like the style and sound of Hatsune Miku!

Yes, i’m joking. I may get this - are the levels in the game any good?

I'm finding it hard to tell if they are good or not. They are certainly ingenious. But they are a bit of a grab bag of ideas, some fun and some not so much (to me, anyway); they're really there to showcase loads of different ways to play rather than be a coherent game themselves.

The story mode is fun enough, but I maybe wouldn't get it just for that - it's not at all the point IMO. If you can imagine yourself playing around with the mechanics and actually making levels, though...I think it could probably take over your life.

I’m not sure whether i would have the patience to make levels, but it sounds like a good idea. Has it improved significantly since the original on wii u?
