Think my playtime for Breath Of The Wild is bugged, says 115 hours which was what I'd managed on my first Switch. I've done about 40 shrines so far and unlocked the majority of the maps towers and still the playtime is the same :x

I've played the opening three-or-so hours and it's cool, Milner. Cute, chibi-style FF characters wrapped up in a neat RPG cartoon adventure in which you can stack up characters to create more powerful attacks. It's fun!
!

Is WoFF grindy though? I guess your quite early on but I wonder if end game stuff turns into a grind fest.it does look pretty though.

The Behemouth have teased Castle Crashers coming to Switch! Loved that game on 360 so will easily double dip on a Switch port.

Very interested to hear people's thoughts on this one. Looks very appealing to my tastes, but that is a steeper price than I'd like.

2019 is looking really good so far for more realistic racing games on the Switch, we’d already had WRC 8 and Grid Autosport announced for people who enjoy racing on 4 wheels but over the past couple of days MotoGP 19 has been confirmed for the Switch as has TT Isle of Man. MotoGP 19 is coming out after the other versions (which launch on June 6th I recall) and the TT game has been given a May release month.

Edit, just seen that Motorsport Manager has also released on the Switch today, looks like its based more on the mobile versions rather than the PC one though but as I’ve never played the mobile versions I can’t really say if this is a good or bad thing.

Edit 2, bought Motorsport Manager as its 20% off as a special release price.

Cool, it does look good as is the price at the moment! I’ll have a think about it over the weekend.

I did pick up Forgotten Anne and Teslagrad in the current sale though. Both look interesting especially Forgotten Anne.

PAX East is coming up in a few weeks and it seems we can expect quite a few Switch announcements. Nintendo are at the show and they have confirmed that they will have the Switch version of Mortal Kombat 11 playable at the booth. This is the version I have pre-ordered so I look forward to seeing how it runs/looks compared to the big boy versions.

One of the things I know about WoFF is you'll get more out of the game if you are familiar with other titles, you have characters from FFVI onwards in it.

Early thoughts: addictive as all heck, and gets hard quickly. More when I figure out how to do the sunken temple.

It's cool to see that Sniper Elite III: Ultimate Edition is to arrive on Switch this year. It's a tremendous game and, although I completed the campaign on the PS4 version, it's one that I'd think about double-dipping on. Excited to hear that the release will be followed by Sniper Elite 2 HD, as well - I've not tried that one and the Wii U version is very hard to find.

Yep. We shouldn't feed the bot. Fisher is on my ignore list but yeah, I see most of his posts. :fp:

I have finally started Wargroove, mind, and it is absolutely fantastic. Loving it so far. Unlike my slightly premature recommendation for the merciless Bad North, this is just a properly beautiful, well-balanced game. I lost a battle last night and I can't stop thinking about where I went wrong and how to put it right. Plus, unlike Bad North or Into the Breach, it doesn't make you completely start from scratch when you cark it. :toot:

If you have any interest in TBS games, don't hesitate. It's a solid 9 from me so far, and could become a 10 by the time I've finished.

I'm a big fan of Wargroove as well having spent a bit more time with it over the last week or so. The thing I like the most is the ranking system, it seems more fair than the likes of Advance Wars or Valkyria Chronicles where I always had the impression there was only one way of getting the top rank and therefore the game descended into some kind of puzzle game where you needed to work out what the devs considered the best way to clear the level (VC's ranking was dreadful being based solely on number of actions). I did a battle the other day in Wargroove where I really struggled to get through but ended up getting 2* which surprised me. Tends to mean I don't restart after 5 turns if I think I'm not doing it the right way.

Oh nice! Always wanted to play one, never found the time. Handheld will make that way more likely

Loved 2, one of the first games I played when I got back into PC gaming 8 years ago. Played a couple levels of 3 (UE on PS4) and own 4 on Steam I think from a Humble Monthly Bundle but never got round to playing it. If the price is right I might just have to get 2 HD on Switch.

So happy to see Romancing Saga 2 at half price on the store (£9.99). I'd been waiting for it to drop.

Been playing Bayonetta recently. Forgot how much more challenging it is than the sequel. It kicked my ass for a bit, but I'm getting back into it. Trying to pace both games out prior to 3.

Had an email earlier that a couple of games in my watch list were on sale! They haven't done that before, so I'm wondering if they only send notifications if a couple of your watched items are discounted. World of Final Fantasy is worth £18, right? Shame I've just started Skyrim, though. It'll take me ages to get around to it :slol:

Never thought I’d see the day the watch list actually becomes kind of useful.
