IKR, not even an HD remaster.

It uses PC graphics. But still a rip off.

I nabbed FFVII, FFIX and FFXII for the PS4 in a sale around two months after so hold off for the sales.

Tetris 99 is almost certainly the Nintendo Switch Online killer app.

Also saw a report earlier about further modes being added. :toot:

It's certainly enough to make me get the online. Not sure I'd pay 19.99 just for the Tetris, but the fact it gives me MK online back again as well is cool. Plus, all those NES games that I'll literally never play.

No more like Tetris £15.85 but I guess that doesn't work.

If Nintendo were doing SNES games in the same way they were doing NES games and were releasing free games like Tetris 99 every few months, the reaction to the online subscription would be much, much more positive.

Yeah Tetris 99 is a great win for the online subscription, if they can keep throwing out freebies like this every so often then I'll be very happy to keep paying.

The NES games are nice, but expanding it to SNES titles would be another win. That said Kirby dropped recently and that is an absolute classic so I'm happy with that for now!

Never played the Captain Toad Treasure Tracker game apart from the odd level that was in Mario 3D World on the Wii U (Cemu) is it worth getting at the reduced price on the eShop?

Did try the first level in the demo last night and liked it but just wondering if it's worth the price?

Also have it on my 3DS via Yarrrrrrrr'ing but again never tried on that.

Also nabbed that Starlink starter pack from Games site for £19.99.

I really like Captain Toad, it’s a great pallet cleanser between games. The puzzle environment are fun to solve especially when going for the 3 crystals per level. The boss battles are good fun too.

And with that I'm sold on it!

Also got the DLC too had £1.30 in remaining balance and £1.80-odd in Gold Coins after buying the game so only cost me £3.01 for the DLC.

Make sure you try to collect everything in each level for the best challenge! Some levels look small but have lots of hidden parts to them.

Could VR be heading to Nintendo Switch?

http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/rumor/49747/could-a-vr-related-switch-announcement-be-approaching

If this is indeed coming, I wonder if this is what the next Labo kit will introduce? Like the cardboard VR or something akin to that?

I have to admit that I was a little sceptical about VR on Switch... but, thinking about it, some kinda headset/screen kit could work, and the joy-con could be great VR controllers.
