I agree on the price, but not its existence.

I'll pay no more than £30 for it.

It's a great game, and also the max I would pay would be £30. One day it'll be on sale and I'll buy it, but at that price they can strawberry float off.

Demo of Forgotten Anne has sold me on getting the game.

But for the immediate moment I've just started Steam World Dig 2

I bought it for £45 and kinda regret it. Port aside, it's an okay game but really not that great. There are now better 2D platformers and of the Mario games to come out on WiiU this is the weakest. Would have preferred Super Mario 3D World.

There are better 3D platformers than 3D World too. Really looking forward to A Hat in Time on Switch.

I think I have Hat in Time. Heard ok things about it, though also heard that Jon Tron is a voice in it and I think he's like a white supremacist. Kinda put me off TBH.

If you already own it then it's not like you're risking giving him more money.

That is true, I don't know how much I even paid for it. I got it in a Humble Monthly Bundle.

Unless they updated him out, then he's still there. I believe.

Boo. I was really looking forward to the game, and I’ll probably still buy it, but it does leave a slightly sour taste in my mouth.

Finally got round to setting up some different region accounts. Any weird and wacky (or just good) exclusive demos on the Japanese eshop I should try? I downloaded some yesterday but those were purely based on the artwork.

Unless something has changed recently you shouldn't need to setup additional accounts, you can just switch ( ;) ) the region of your original account whenever you want to browse a different eShop.

Oh really? When I looked it up all I seemed to be able to find was going on the account website and creating a new one with a new email  . Oh well, it worked anyway :slol:

Yeah if you got to accounts.nintendo.com and login you can then edit your profile and choose whatever region you want! :toot:

I've bought stuff from all over the e world! Some countries won't accept certain types of card so you have to look at other payment methods but there is usually a way to get what you want!

No. Too busy with Pokémon Let's Go, Smash Bros, Stardew Valley and Rabbids. Got to get through them in time for the new Civ 6 expansion.

I've been playing Into the Breach a bit. The first time I played it, it didn't click at all. I was left wondering what all the fuss was about. Gave it another go last night and it really started to get under my skin. I realised I'd been playing it 'wrong', going for crushing defeats (and failing) rather than playing tactically.

I'm still not very good, but am definitely getting better. The simplicity of it, and the small scale of the arenas, make it ideal for the Switch.

If you like turn-based strategies it is well worth looking at.
