Since the new Mario Kart is bound to come to Switch sometime [probably 2020], I thought I'd post my completed
Future of Mario Kart series here for you all to look at.
Six posts that look at nearly everything that goes into these games.
Retro Tracks Next In Line is my suggestions of what the returning tracks for the sixteen returning could be.
Refresh of the Grand Prix gives two suggestions of altering the way the main mode of Kart plays out.
Refreshing Additions of the Feature Base looks at those extras of Kart games to suggest improvements should they be included in a new game, as well as an idea for a new mode.
Characters Come Together for Chaotic Crashes brings the largest roster together, featuring every racer from Double Dash as a starting point and working in some interesting new choices.
Crossing Over for Crossovers deals with non-Mario content for characters, vehicles, and tracks - even if it doesn't go in-depth with them.
Casting in the Wilds for New Locations is where I bring the series to its end by looking at ideas for new tracks. A full roster of sixteen with the three staples also included.
I'm always in some form of ideas generation, and looking at my labels shows that I have been slowly bringing those ideas out into the world through my blog. It's one of the things I've always been doing - whether large or small. The next major series of that ideas generation will be looking at Animal Crossing - which is confirmed to be coming to Switch so is sort of more relevant.
Ubisoft have that sports game coming soon, but I can't bring myself to buy into it when Go Vacation seems a much better game in comparison. I'd have to look up more on Sports Party, but from what I understand there's six activities based on one island paradise that doesn't seem to have any element beyond the sports themselves aside from the customisation of your avatar.
