I just got Mario Lart 8 deluxe and then found out about Nintendo developing Mario Kart 9. I'm really late to the party aren't I?

Despite the rumours circulating, Nintendo'll announce MK9 next week just to spite you for being late to the party.

I formatted it thinking that the save was accessible online. I sold 2 switch lites and bought an OLED one instead.

I'm hearing that MK9 may not be as far along as some are suggesting, apparently with COVID interruptions they are really struggling with the NFT integration system

Considering Nintendo are slowly getting up to speed with internet functionality Xbox introduced 15 odd years ago, I don't think we need to worry about NFT's until 2040 at least....

That's the first one. You don't need to play the first one before the second. I jumped straight in on the second one and loved it.

Both are great games though, Blind Forest is cheaper so maybe give that one a bash first and see what you think.

Both great games but both have very different combat, the combat in one is ok, the combat in 2 is brilliant. Both well worth playing.

Both are good games, Blind Forest has a few more annoying aspects IMO but is still a solid Metroidvania, so if you enjoy that then definitely get the second!

Captain Toad is a fantastic game, I got the DLC for it last time it was on sale so I need to give that a play at some point
