Not 100% convinced about what that's going to be like to actually play, but I have my eye on it definitely. More 3D platformers, the better.

There's no way to play Mario Party 2 on the Switch? I think it was available on the VC but can't see it on the Switch Store. I assume so I'll pay for the new collection game.

Absolute bargain for my favourite game of last year. (Granted the competition wasn't exactly spicy, but Sakuna is still really good IMO.)

Having finally finished House in Fata Morgana and all of the included DLC (heavy going but a really good VN that's right up there in my GotY conversation), I've started Falcom effort Ys VIII and bought Revenge of the Obra Dinn off the eShop. Because nothing says 'I like talking about games online' like picking up several great games nobody else will have played.

It came out during a bit of an indie boom period for me, I tend to go in phases of working through a bunch of well regarded indie games before taking a break and switching over to more mainstream releases for a while. It's from the Papers, Please guy so was always going to get a chance in my book!

It's just a very well crafted puzzle experience with a really cool art style - what's not to love!

Same. I didnt realise it was out so soon. Not sure what I'm actually going to play on it, probably have another play of Mario 64 or something. Hopefully the dpad is solid, as I could then use it for stuff like Tetris.
