Nintendo have finally signed off on my refund for Art of Rally. That's almost a month it's taken.

I'm pretty surprised that they did refund, Poser! IIRC you claimed the refund 'cos you didn't like the game? (Soz in advance if I have got this wrong!).

It was due to false advertising, they had the game on the eshop using screens from the PC/Xbox version, the Switch version is a massive downgrade.

Fair play, Poser, and props for challenging the false screenshots. It's surprising that some publishers still think they can get away with using shots from other versions!

You might already know about it, but it seems that the recently released Rush Rally Origins provides some great top-down racing action; it might be worth checking out as it's a good deal at under a fiver.

Licensing is required to use Bluetooth for audio even if the hardware is automatically capable. It's a margins thing.

In fairness, the Switch has actually beaten the PS4 to supporting Bluetooth headphones (or the base model at least, idk if PS4 Pros support them)

I have been using the bluetooth for the last hour or so with my airpod pros. There is a small amount of lag, but nothing that I can't live with the improved QoL it offers. I was playing Great Ace Attorney as well, so not the most dynamic of games. Its much better than if, say, I pair my airpods with the TV's bluetooth. I was playing handheld also, so the image lag added by a display will lessen the impact even further.

This is a massive update for me - I have sony golds (which I can use with the Switch but don't because of having to remove the dongle if I don't want to use the headset and just get audio through the TV). I also find headsets generally uncomfortable (even my Xbox wireless headphones squeeze the frames of my glasses a touch and cause my ears to get warm). airpod pros are the only comfy solution i have ever found (i can't use the standard ones, they just keep falling out).

Very happy with this - it's means I am far more likely to play games (on my Switch at least) with better fidelity audio now. And Ace Attorney is a great place to start!

One thing I did have to do was turn off the auto max volume limiter on the Switch under settings, else I had to have it pretty much maxed out.
