Any chance this is Dragon Quest 10 for 3DS? Nintendo did publish 9 in the west.

No way this game will be Pokken. It's a Wii U title...

I've been meaning to ask this, why is the game potentially called 'Pokken'?

It's possible I guess, but the roundtable is just seemingly for a 3DS game. I would expect a 3DS version of Pokken to be in a roundtable alongside its bigger brother simply because they'd go well together and provide a more substantive discourse.

But Tekemon is a far better name, especially so for a fighting game.

It's hard to imagine they'd need this big a Q&A for a returning franchise, even if it is Mario Galaxy.

I'm going to say it's a new IP.

The first one of those 'digital event' sheets is absolute bollocks - they couldn't even print it straight, and the games are basically a fan wishlist - and while the second is a more convincing fake, it's still a fake.

There really is no good reason for these printed schedules/lists like the second one to exist at all. The company doesn't use or need them internally, the press certainly doesn't get them, insiders leaking gooseberry fool will post their findings on forums or take photographs of more authentic docs than these (or, you know, will anonymously leak actual media)... All of which adds up to every photographed schedule we see like that being an insta-fake.

The first Digital Event sheet photo does at least appear to be more authentic than the second. I'm not buying it though.

Both of those are wishful thinking.

I know people are saying this is bullshit but this is the stuff Nintendo need to do  I don't think it's that far out there.

"Sega Coperation", Monolith suddenly being big enough to work on X *and* Zelda, *four* brand new franchises out of nowhere, Nintendo EAD working on Hyrule Warriors, Next Level Games doing Advance Wars...

It is ludicrous that anyone with half a brain would believe this was genuine. How is it "more authentic"?

I didn't spot those, but the way half the games are "TBA" and such seems a lot more like what the press gets. I'm not saying that I think the list is real, only that it has had more thought put into its design, although unfortunately not its grammar. :dread:

I hope Tecmo is getting huge help from Nintendo because that looked diabolical on the last reveal.

Does everyone want a new Metroid for 3DS? I would prefer it on Wii U

Its more likely to be a proper 2D Metroid on 3DS than it is on Wii U.

I think the 3DS is the ideal platform for a 2D Metroid adventure, but there's no reason at all why it couldn't also be released on the Wii U E-Shop. Well, I suppose if the 3D were flogged to death it might not happen, but I don't think they'd do that.
