That bit was fantastic.

What happened? And how did the hard Crotas go Pete?

He whined because we were carrying him and apparently being "too serious"... Whatever that means. Then he started inviting other people to our party, then just left, I assume, to cheese it. Shame, we had to get a pug from lfg who did everything wrong and was dead most of the time.

It was our 5th run of the day, could be why we were a bit more serious, but still.

I didn't whine at all I just wasn't in the mood to play with that group as they seemed too serious for a relaxed friday night of gaming and I just wasn't enjoying it if I'm honest.
I had more fun doing the VoG raid on normal for no rewards as I'd already done it than I ever would have doing the hard Crota as I just don't like the Crota raid and it just isn't anywhere near as good as VoG.
The fact that you shunned Joer (who being a regular with our group I assumed you knew so I hardly just started inviting random people) who is a better player than I am for the crime of being a level 31 was just plain rude which made it an easy choice as well.

It's down to the damage reduction that we couldn't have two 31s. When you're trying to down Crota, especially on hard, you NEED the damage and you need it quickly... Two 31s is a significant reduction in damage. Hell, even one is. The enemies are 33, you're facing a 45% reduction. Skilled or not, that's too big of a difference. Then there's the increased damage from enemies...

You can't just cheese the whole raid, you won't learn anything from it.

And that's ignoring the point of inviting others into a party that you were invited to without even asking. You forced us to say no. That's on you.

What time is everyone about for the hard VoG?
