I'm level 30 now so will hopefully be able to get involved with more stuff, like the Nightfall strike and the Crota raid 8-)

Speaking of raids, according to Trophy statistics only 16% of Destiny players have completed one. That's a shame, isn't it? Matchmaking would help, maybe.

Thanks for the games last night degoose. Sorry I didn't talk a lot. I'm just normally quite a shy person and this is really the first time that I've started to use a Mic so I was a bit nervous.

I think it will stay around that percentage until people bother to get off their bums and find people to play with like we have. The raid with matchmaking i think would be a complete mess due to some being selfish,not talking and communicating and also not being a team player. For me it's some of the best content i have had in games along with WoW raids and instances but to matchmake for this will be tough, the only way forwards is bungie to possibly beta test it.

no problemo i've been doing online gaming for years and years now and using mics since 2000 maybe on pc gaming so i am pretty use to it. I also talk constantly and swear a lot so i don't mind just chatting away and calling the fallen a mother strawberry floater when they punch me and i die :lol:

degoose sounds nothing like I imagined. For some reason I always imagined you to sound like a middle aged farmer but you just sound like a normal young guy.

It is interesting hearing everyone's voices who i haven't played with online before. I'm originally from london though and lived there for 15 years so i've got a southern, london ish accent i guess and now lived in Norwich in Norfolk for close to 10 years. No Norfolkism's in my voice as of yet i don't think but who knows maybe one day i'll start sounding like a farmer.

Norwich

Had quite a productive day on this yesterday, completed the daily, weekly heroic and nightfall strike, as well as completing my Thorn bounty and made good progress on the 25 strikes bounty.

Played a fair bit of the Iron Banner for the first time as well in the hope of being able to get those light level 36 gauntlets. Did quite well and was consistently in the top 3 or 4 players each match.

EDIT: Actually, not sure productive is the best word to use to describe that day :lol:

I had a great one earlier today on my lunch break. Did three ROC strikes got a ton of engrams including two purple ones which did become purple weapons and i also got more strange coins and 4 motes of light. I couldnt believe i got two legendary engrams in one strike though. The guys who were in the team were also really good and had good tactics so we hammered through it quickly.

Anyone free for a raid tonight?

maybeee. I'd only be interested in hard mode though really.

I'm up for either hard mode VoG or a run through CE if we can get the group for it.

I'm getting annoyed at the Iron Banner where no matter how well I play I end up on the losing team as they are all so shite.
I just came top for my team with 2800 points as we were beaten by over 14000 and I'm doing the best in ages but there bugger all you can do with a piss poor team :evil:
