There will be public votes, and then a count every day at 3 pm. People will vote on someone to suggest a new rule. If a majority is not found all 'winners' need to suggest rules.

You can vote for people who haven't posted in the thread.

The 'winner' needs to suggest a new rule by 9pm, or they've lost the game and can't contribute any more.

The new rule suggestion needs to be voted on as normal.

If a person is nominated on multiple days and 3 of their rules suggestions lose their vote they've lost the game and can't contribute any more.

They are initial categories, there is nothing in the rules (from my interpretation) restricting them as the only categories. I didn't want to start the game with more initial categories anticipating certain ones for fear of influencing the rules proposed.
