None of our affiliated sites have put links up for the forum yet. Once they do we should start getting some new members.

I've lurked from the pre GR days. Hello to all the long time lurkers as well as the more recent.

I managed just shy of a 1000 posts over 6 years on GR (i did my fair share of lurking) but i plan on posting more often now.

I was a little known, but reasonably active user. That will probably not change.

Just stumbled onto Gamesradar and found everyone pointing this gaff out!

I thought about using a new username for this site, but I felt that the 'Oxx' brand was something worth preserving.

I am also a seasoned lurker over at GR, but like many others, I will now be making a consious effort to post more.

I think there's going to be alot of new faces doing a similar thing.

The major worry is we don't get any new members and the site runs out of money.

If we can get an affiliation with at least one moderate-to-large gaming website or other forum, that should sort us out for new members, right?

How are we promoting this new forum besides via the old? Surely new members will be hard to come by now more than ever? I demand a letter published or feature in at least EDGE, CVG, GM, GamesTM.

I was actually thinking the same thing. Surely after a while some will start leaving and others will post less as the novelty wears off.
