I ordered a disc version (PS5) from ShopTo and I'm awaiting delivery. My excited anticipation is being slightly tempered 'cos I know that the post has been a little slow recently.

Renting from Boomerang. PS5 version was dispatched to me quite early yesterday, so I'm hopeful it'll arrive today. But I have other games to be getting on with, so I don't mind waiting a day or two for it to drop through.

Nice one, SoK! For the purposes of this vote, may I suggest that the "I bought a disc version and I am awaiting delivery" option would be the best fit!

There's no option for "I'll get it when I've finished what I'm currently playing" so I went with the price drop option. For someone with less time than I used to to play games on my PS5, I seem to have created a backlog of sprawling open-world games almost exclusively :lol:

I've got it downloaded on Steam but haven't fired it up yet

Bought it via the Turkish store for about £30, the added benefit being that it was able to play at 9pm last night. Just hope they the workaround to buy games from there doesn't get plugged before any DLC.

I'm also away for a wedding this weekend so will have barely any time to play it or Destiny.

Bought PS5 version from Curry's for £39.99. Should be here by 2PM.

I think it's the first game I've bought at launch since 2016, so pretty excited to play at same time as everyone else. I've managed to avoid reviews and beta feedback so I know very little going in.

My sources are saying that Dual will wait for it drop in price.

I bought it off CD Keys yesterday and installed it last night, will probably get cracking in a bit.

My partner bought the fancy special edition with a statue and is sat by the door waiting for it to be delivered, so my status is "I hope to try the game out in a couple of weeks when I get access to the PS5"

Right off the bat, I gotta say that the launch edition package is very good. A nice slipcase, three cool postcards, three logo stickers, a fabric patch and a small poster - it's great. I plan on trying out the game later this afternoon :-)

I believe you have to apply the checkout code SWNEXTDAY, Preezy.

I'm installing the disc on my PS5. Installation seems a bit strange on the console; I think the disc data has all copied over but it appears that a large download is happening, too (not just the day one patch). Or, maybe the data is de-compressing? Any how, it's saying around 45 Gb and forty minutes to go, anyway.

Pretty sure it's just downloading the whole game :simper:

I got so used to downloads on PS4 that, now I've mainly reverted to discs on PS5, I'm remembering that discs are generally just download keys :lol:
