People constantly saying F1 does not need Monaco and its not suitable for current F1. The problem is the size of the current F1 cars they are far to big the tracks not the problem its the cars far to big they are just as big as LMP1 and Hypercars. Back in the day when F1 cars were smaller and more nimble was not as a big problem as people whine about and who want to get rid of Monaco. They would prefer Miami over Monaco

Yeah, even the 2009-13 spec cars were a lot racier round here and they weren’t small cars either, they’d be best qualifying and getting points for qualifying and then racing in Clios or something, F1 has outgrown Monaco and they don’t want to do anything about it, the qualifying session is still one of the best of the year.

It’s ridiculous how big the cars are now, they’re meant to be going a little bit smaller in 2026 I think? Not that it’ll help much.

The grid walls are a car crash at the best of times, never mind with celebs who aren’t interested, at least a few spoke today which is a plus!
