In Minerva's Den I can harvest Little Sisters from the get go, after beating the BD. I was also able to return her to a vent of my choosing. Are these mechanics available in the main game? They weren't with the first LS, is it different with sisters which come after her?

The only gather you have to do is the very first one in Ryan amusements. After that you can just harvest/rescue as soon as you defeat the big daddy by going to any vent.

You lose out on a the bulk of the Adam this way (100/120 per sister) but if you aren't doing the gathers you don't need it, as the upgraded plasmids focus on crowd control.

:toot: Will now definitely return to BS2, but only once I am done with XCOM 2 and Mafia III.
Ta for the confirmation, Tolrag.

Started on Burial at Sea. I knew where it took place but I was still blown away when stepping through the door at the start

Did you ever finish infinite? If not I wouldn't recommend Burial at Sea.

So does that mean they're fixing the sound on Console too?

Playing through Infinite and approaching the end I remember why I forgot it. Lacks the atmosphere of 1 and 2. The powers and weapons are poor in comparison and the lack of unique gun upgrades makes it all feel generic. The only power I enjoy using was the crows and that's overpowered and basically a smart bomb.

Will play through Bioshock 1 again and possibly 2.

I thought the new update had strawberry floated the game for me like it's done for many people. Started it up late last night and was locking at 13fps :dread: my Nvidia card had updated right before starting the game and had knocked the cards clock down to something like 51mhz :slol: sorted after a quick restart of the laptop.

I'm about an hour into Bioshock 2. I only finished 1 last week, I didn't think it at the time but at least in these versions Bioshock 2 is vastly superior graphically, it's just a far better looking game with seemingly more geometry and cleaner texture work. The lighting is also a step up.

I'm pleasantly surprised, the gameplay was always better but with the frame rate so far being solid 60fps it's been a revelation. I can't wait to get stuck into it.

Spent ages looking around for collectibles etc and just taking it all in again. Great game even after all these years

Advice pls.

Ive finished all the games, but I've never played any of the dlc and I fancy trying some tonight. Which should I go for first? Looking for something short to tie me over until zelda arrives.

I agree it's not that different to the main game but it's a solid offering if you like B2

Indeed, I don't get the hate it got and really enjoyed what I'd played before my laptops graphics card blew on me. Need to get it downloaded again and finish it and also hope my save file is on Steam too.
