The new Symetra has gone live. Her teleporters seem completely and utterly useless now really.

I just can't see the use of them being line of sight only.

Two Reinhardts are in a sheild war, dva uses her ult and symetra places her teleporter behind the enemy Reinhardt and makes sure the entrance is on top of the dva bomb, this means the dva bomb will teleport behind the enemy team and kill everyone.

Similarly you can put a teleporter on a higher surface, McCree can ult and then go throughout the teleporter, or you can use it to teleport Torb's turret behind the enemy team and then use his ult.

It has infinite possibilities. There was a clip on Reddit where a team used it to put Orisa and Bastion on a vantage point they couldn't normally get to right behind the enemy team, think about how scary that is. And Bastion and Orisa combo just appearing behind you while you are being attacked from the front.

You can also use it to get out of graviton, or to dodge other ults etc etc

I'm 100% down with a ridiculous hamster ball hero, but I think it's actually going to be a sidekick to the real next hero, the Junker Queen. Potentially it's her ultimate, or maybe she's a summoner.
