Didn't see the guy at the start who was like 3 minutes quicker than me :fp:

This coming Saturday I'm going to have to miss parkrun for the first time since I finished c25k, as I'm in London for the FA Cup match.

We should migrate GRcade to Flarum. :toot:

Big 100 coming up soon Rubix!

I got a new PB of 25.54, despite all the Easter chocolate. Need to focus on my diet now though, get my weight back down so the 5K times will follow!

Went to Rutland Water Parkrun today, lovely out and back course and the weather was beautiful as well :datass:

I finished 9th and my mate got his new 5K PB in 20:46 today which knocks more than a minute off his previous time. So happy for him and he collapsed at the end as be put so much effort in to hit that goal.

Had to crack the whip a few times as he wanted to slow down, not on my watch.

Just shows if you put the training in, stick to it and work hard then you can hit those goals.

Ran Oxford on the weekend, a nice park to run through and the weather was pretty hot. Time was 22:48 which I should of been happy with but injury prevented me from going faster.

Sunday I celebrated my 100th volunteer event!

Got my first first today at March Parkrun in 19:16.
Always helps when some of the faster runner's don't turn up and I set a course PB in the process as well. Winning Saturday.

Speedy! I would wish for a 19:59 just to be sub 20 but that isn't happening anytime soon.

Back around 23:30 as an average at the moment which sucks.

Since Oxford I have ran at three new parkruns, Frogmary Green Farm, Cranbrook Country Park and Itchen Valley Country parkrun yesterday all around the 23:30 mark.
