Anything of note in the Steam sale? Got an email saying 25 items on my wishlist were on sale (pretty low compared to usual ) but most of them didn't seem to have that much off.

Quantum Break for £7.49 seems a good deal.

Quantum Break can be got in the Humble Monthly for £10-ish in the Humble Monthly along with Dawn of War III and The Long Dark plus whatever the mystery games are, so might as fork out for that if anyone wants QB.

I got it that way, cost just over £8. Not really interested in the other games though and they will probably just sit in my Steam stockpile.

There seem to be some huge price discrepancies between games that are on gog and Steam.

Superhot is $20.99 on Steam, but only $12.49 on GOG!

No Man's Sky is $26.49 on Steam but only $21 on GOG

I bought Magnus Opum and I have to ask myself why I keep buying Zachtronics games. I suppose I will get a massive headache in the later puzzles as normal due to me being a bit dim.

Got a £10 Steam voucher from my in-laws. It's from a site called Mobiletopup.co.uk which I've never heard of. Anyone know if it's legit? Evidence found on Google seems to say it is but I'm very wary about entering codes in Steam from places I'm unsure of.

What are you worried about? It will either work or it won't, it isn't like you are installing something with a potential virus attached.

Tried playing PUBG tonight but it's a laggy, piece of gooseberry fool. Completely unplayable. Which is a shame as I think I'd love it otherwise. Going to request a refund and buy something else.

That'll be your PC then, there's a bit of rubber banding at the very start of the new map (bug), but outside of that it's flawless for me.

I'm going to re-buy it once my refund clears and try a few things that I've read online to improve performance. My PC should be capable of running it without any problems so I'm hoping I can sort something as it really was fun inbetween the lag.

It's not early access on PC anymore. It released this week and it runs 100x better.
