It's amazing how much certain PCS regulars turn into whinging babies every time any free to play game starts being talked about. Hell, pretty much all new games cause a torrent of "it sucks" and "waaaaaaaaaaaaaa why aren't you playing this old game waaaaaaaaaaaaaawaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" What, are you scared they're going to shut down every Counter Strike Source server? Please take off the nappy and grow up.
On the topic of the TF2 update: it's Killing Floor. It is literally a Killing Floor clone.

SO, HOW ABOUT THOSE PC GAMES?
Picked up Iron Brigade/Trenched as it was cheap and I'd been sort of looking forward to it - an enjoyable little WWI sci-fi tower defence game with big stompy robots, also has co-op. The only problem is that it used GFWL. Anyone else?

Yay PC games! Completely over tower defense games at this stage, the mention of that in a game description makes me look the other way, maybe in time Ill go back to them but Im all burned out on them right now. But currently Im playing Back to the Future and thoroughly enjoying it. I also dont like the PC version of Ticket to Ride, the iPad version is better. Finally Im installing Galactic Civilisations and will probably give that a go at the weekend.
