I always found the idea of the event notifications knocking Andre out of his races absolutely hilarious and thought we should have done more of them.

I should finally be building my core i3 together with GTX 9800+ (that were in separate systems) and get top end o2 Internet on Saturday so I can play my massive Steam backlog with you guys.

I should be able to play borderlands without it spazzing out over (seemingly) my old Athlon X2...

No, we have one event because constant annoying event spam is lame. People abused it and we limited it.

Bought BF3 off Amazon, but is Origin really such a piece of gooseberry fool to use like what's made out in some of those customer reviews?

(And yes I YARRR'd the copy I was playing through in SP... )

Origin as compared to something like Steam is utterly shite. Origin as anything else is essentially another layer of DRM obfuscation and once the game is launched is largely forgettable.
