Every now and then you'll get a "leaker" pretend it's about to be announced.

Plans keep changing!

Yeah it's been rumoured for what seems like forever but I'm starting to think it's never happening!

The recent spate of PS ports is a good sign though.

If you like Horizon, try Kena:

Whilst seeing how the PC port of Horizon turned put makes me want Forbidden West on the PC, I'm way too invested in the story to wait that long when the PS5 version is out next month.

I need answers damnit!

Yeah apologies I got a bit overexcited. I would be stunned if it doesn't come to PC at some point though.

STUNNED!

Beautiful!

I was really tempted to pick this up in the Epic Christmas sale but passed on it as I've got so many other games to play, but it's definitely on my wishlist

I heard the comments here and picked it up and I love it. The combat is challenging and the bosses are particularly difficult. A little frustrating, but i forgive it.

Its a beautiful game, and the art style and graphics are great but the sound is even better. Fantastic game.

God of War has no exclusive fullscreen support and no 32:9 support. Not exactly the stellar port I was expecting.

Oh. Just 21:9?

I’m very interested in it. Need to watch the DF video.

Yeah, apparently the increase in FOV from the bump to 21:9 was a lot more work than they expected because some behind the scenes stuff was being exposed (like enemies appearing out of nowhere and Atreus teleporting about) due to the tight management of assets they needed to pull off the single camera shot presentation with no loads in the original. So even if I could use a hack to expand it further it’d probably be a mess. Just going to have to play it with borders

Hopefully more stuff gets designed with ultra wide in mind going forward because retrofitting it onto some games does through up these kinds of challenges

I've had a 3090 for a while now but I used to have a 1080. I'm giving that to my brother as part of his first ever gaming PC as he's on a tight budget - the 1080 should still be able to handle everything current at 1080p, 60FPS on high settings, right?

I’ve heard a lot of mixed messages. With the new 12th Gen Intel you have to switch to win 11 because got the task scheduler for P and E cores. But I’ve heard people taking about weird bugs, E.g. USB disconnects.

If you are ryzen, no need to jump.

In other news, new GPU for me. Bagged a MASSIVE 3080 (Aorus Xtreme - a 4 slot monster). I like it.

Not liking Win11 at all. It came preloaded on my Surface Pro, and it just doesn't seem to be that great as a touch OS. Seems to be missing basic functions and I found windows 10 far easier to use. Might see if I can downgrade, but really don't want to have to buy another Windows key!

I won't be upgrading to Win11 for the forseeable future, I like Win10 and have no reason to change it.
