I bought one of those ultra lightweight mice like the Glorious Model O/D. Was also having a double clicking issue despite driver updates and actually taking the mouse apart and checking the switches. Steelseries had a run of poor quality it seems from what I've read.

I still haven't updated my mouse from my Vintage (lol) Razer Diamondback I got back in 2005.

Still works perfectly, fits the hand and glows bright red

Are Logitech still generally making the best mice, so a G402 might be my most suitable replacement?

I've got a G403 and it's been great so far. No frills and works pretty well.

I have the G703, which is just the wireless version of the 403. Great mouse, although I am not sure I would have bought one if it had not been reduced at the time. Some of the prices for these premium mice are ridiculous.

I've gone so deep into the mouse rabbit hole that I think I'm just going to order this and be done with it.

Seems best suited for what I need without an over the top price.

They remade the MX518!

All of these mice use Omicron switches which you can get from China on eBay for about £3, alternatively there is a little spring that loses tension after a couple of years that can be fixed with a paperclip or something. Swap them out with 4 solder joints and you're done. Pretty much every single Logitech mouse uses the same micro switches. You can also choose switches which are rated for like 1 million actuations if you want.

I buy whatever mouse I can grab in Sainsbury's when my last one dies, which I think has happened twice in the last 20 years. Currently on some random HP option which does the job perfectly fine for me!

I'm currently using a Razer Atheris, its wireless which isn't ideal (the battery life is decent though) but its very sensitive so I hardly have to move my hand to move the cursor around.

I use a chin operated switch to left click and dwell click software for right click as I can't physically press the buttons anymore but it works reasonably well.

I think the closest you will get is the G402.

It's the Premium version so you get some free money and property for GTA Online.

Cool, can't wait to add yet another game I'll never touch to my ever growing Epic games library.

I already have it installed via the rather turdtastic Rockstar Launcher, might uninstall and download via Epic.

I think they'll still make you go through the Rockstar Launcher but the free GTA Online stuff reduces grinding.

Anyone want to do some heists?
