Only person from here I still play games with is Neph and sometimes Kil if he pops on. Would be cool if we could get the core group to play a night of CS though.

Would definitely be up for this, re-watched Rog's CSS videos so much nostalgia

I'm up for some CSS, TF2, whatever! Just hope I'm not working the evening we decide to play.

Does Grcade even have its own Games server anymore?

For those not in the know, GOG Galaxy 2.0 is a centralised library for all your PC and console games, across all storefronts. So if you had it on console and since got into PC gaming, you get the PC version now for free

It's pretty nifty as a hub on PC, and is a nice way of dealing with libraries across multiple launchers and store fronts, but for some reason, it's not been able to sync with my Steam library for weeks, and just shows it as offline.

Not sure why GOG have designed it the way they have compared to Galaxy 1, as now you can open it up and you could almost forget it's even attached to a store front. I like that from a usability pov, but you do wonder whether hiding the GOG store from the landing page is a good commercial decision for them.

Your best bet is to just make a decision and say "Thursday night" or something. You'll never please everyone and trying to pick apart schedules is boring as strawberry float.

The GoG PSN integration has been broken for weeks now for me. It's something strawberry floated with the shitty Captcha stuff causing the connection to timeout.

If people are up for CSS on a Saturday that'd be cool with me, I stream on Saturday but it's usually an hour of Mega Man then multiplayer, so CSS fits in there. I won't be skipping a Thursday stream as it's Xenoblade day, but I'm only one person so it's no massive loss.

Little hardware question. My pc has had funny start ups going on for a while, and I narrowed it down to the cmos battery being gone. I've got a replacement, but is it just a case of swapping that, or should I press one of the little motherboard buttons after I've put it in? (There's some marked as reset and so on).

I've only ever replaced a CMOS battery once but I didn't have to hit any physical buttons or anything when I did it. I did have to reset the CMOS settings from the BIOS the first time I booted it back up but that was it.

Thanks. Because the battery is gone, on first power up, it turns on, switches off after a second or so and then you have to go to the bios, then out of there. When in the bios, all the clock is reset and that, which told me it's the battery. When you shut it down but keep the power on at the wall, it'll start up perfectly, telling me the little bit of power to the board is keeping the settings.
