If you intend to play anything in VR then the likelihood is you will need upgrades if your system is 6 years old. You may get away with keeping some of it depending on how cutting edge it was at the time but VR is pretty power hungry so your mileage may be limited.

Yeah, it'd definitely need upgrading. It wasn't anywhere near cutting edge six years ago :slol:

I haven't actually used it for probably a good three or four years, but I've been debating upgrading it to use as a rendering workstation (I've just bought a 4K camera so it'd be helpful when it comes to video editing too), and then I thought I could kill two birds with one stone and get a VR setup as well, but I think it'd be a massive spend for potentially very few games (I don't even know what other VR games are available at the moment)

I finally got a 27" 1440p monitor. So nice.

I know the graphics are old fashioned but there's just something about Counter Strike that just looks great to me.
Maybe it's how fluid it all is but it still looks great even now.

It makes me kind of sad I haven't had a PC in ages now.
