Anyone bought any ridiculously cheap but comfy trainers lately? Link would be appreciated. Don't care about brand or looks, they're just for quickly going out and coming back. Ta.

It’s the “budget” model, I don’t really understand all the specs but I guessed that the base model would be good enough for me, my current MacBook Pro is 9 years old and it’s still really quite fast for what I use it for,

Edit - 2021 Apple MacBook Pro 14", M1 Pro Processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Silver

Edit - I love it

That's a strawberry floating insane price for a base model laptop.

My max upgraded Macbook 2010 cost £1650 in 2011 and I still use it, even though I've repaired it numerous times and it will grey screen of death within seconds of powering up without hacks because of apples notorious thermal issues, at least around that time.

The company I work for sent me a nice jacket/base layer. Unfortunately it has the company logo embroidered on it, and my wife says it makes me look like a bouncer! But not bad for a freebie. They sent a t-shirt too.

It was 345 euros but after seeing my boarding card I got it for around 282euros. Which airport in Rome are you flying to? I was at FCO. In the UK it retails for £320 so I made a good saving.

Thanks. Nice t shirts. I used to collect Hard Rock cafe t shirts too. Got a few from America.

Why the strawberry float would you pay that much for a wallet?

I thought you massively regretted the Fendi wallet and you already had a very expensive replacement.

I still point to Fendi now whenever someone thinks something is expensive.

Actually I'm about to increase my prices by 300%.

Lmao Fendi now have a £2000 "dog carrier" bag.

Image

N1FFF if you had one of those small dogs would you buy this?

What would cost more, the bag or the dog?

Edit: they have a strawberry floating dog bed for £1150. Who the strawberry float buys a Fendi bed for their dog? It's made of nylon.

I’m sorry how much for a folded piece of leather?

My wallet cost £18 on Amazon and when the stitches started failing after 7 years I just bought the same one again.

I’m all for spending money on fun things but you could have had like 3 nights out or a new Switch for the cost of that.

Tbh I'm grateful because it shows people are willing to spend money on something made domestically and as long as that market exists I have a better chance of making a living.

Wallets are a bit like watches for me - something I'd be willing to shell out quite a bit for one, really good quality one that will last for ages. People who collect them or buy multiple ones I just don't get.
