Yes it is, it reduces ink colour count and is the only way to achieve gradients in screen printing, whether it's small or very large (this is due to numbe or ratio of inks together with mesh size) it's always present in fades, but it's very much become a stylised effect over the years so is often worked into the design deliberately as part of a traditional "print look".

Vitamin D is fine - although I don’t bother taking it in summer.

Not so sure about K2 as generally most people are not deficient. You’re probably better off taking a cheap multivitamin which will probably have some in it, be cheaper and cover more bases.

Apple Cider Vinegar is full on quackery. The human body is extremely efficient at maintaining it’s pH in a very narrow range and a piddly bit of vinegar isn’t going to do anything about that. Stomach acid is more acidic than vinegar so the idea that vinegar is going to help with digestion also doesn’t make any sense.

Any “health experts” trying to sell you on the idea of it are either lying or stupid.
