I don't always have time to take actual pics of my stuff, so it's often easier just to find a pic elsewhere, it's what most of us did on SONM, Richard and his flags were always something of an anomaly in that respect.

Pfft, be thankful you weren't relocated to Gaf.

Proper pictures would be better though. GRcade needs to see the state of your carpets.

I hate to disappoint, but when i make videos of my coin related purchases (i do intend to do one of my most recent purchase on the previous page), i use a backing card so the carpet never appears.

I got three more Bengals today, two are very dark ones and one is brown so are different colours than my other two, I will be keeping them separate until the end of the month and then they can all be introduced

I also got plenty of toys and accessories plus another one of the huge cat towers that I got for the other two, when they are in the same room I will join the two towers with rope so they can climb across

Why would you pay so much for cats when there's so many equally nice ones around that need rehoming? :dread:

Imagine paying 6 grand for animals that aren't even in your house for 90% of their lives.

Why was one deemed to be £200 more than the other two?

Cute cats though :3

I grew up with Siamese cats.

I suspect this was the best value for money item on this page.

I know but we wanted Bengal cats and like with certain breeds of dogs (we have French Bulldogs) due to the cost of them they never end up being in rescue centres, I did however donate some money to the charity cat protection

Vermilion wrote:Awww, cute kitties!

They are very cute but also rather feisty with each but luckily not with me, they seem to have bonded with me really quickly, much quicker than the other two

Ad7 wrote:Imagine paying 6 grand for animals that aren't even in your house for 90% of their lives.

They will be house cats but we are having a outdoor enclosure built so that they can go outside in the summer for a run around and a play in the fresh air

It’s all to do with factors like colour, the patterns (how apart and clear the rosettes are) and also the parents, the other two I got recently cost slightly more due to them being F2s that’s close to being a wild cat, I like Siamese aswell

You could have saved yourself £6000 *and* your donation by just getting a maybe-not-quite-as-fashionable cat, though ;)

What's the longevity of a Bengal like? I've always thought that pedigree/specifically-bred animals are more susceptible to illnesses due to the in-breeding required to get the more appealing animals.

With the in breeding subject, sadly this can happen with dogs with French Bulldogs being one of the worst effected breeds, the main factor with them is there nostrils that if not open enough effects there breathing, all my French Bulldogs have been tested and scored and have no issues, it’s a program supported by the kennel club and the government to make breeding dogs with problems illegal and something I obviously fully support

Bengals are completely different the more expensive ones called F2s have a parent who is a alc, they suffer from no illnesses or have any problems other that a “normal” cat would have, also with the pedigree it’s goes back a long way and when breeding you can check the history of the two cats

You can try but you'll never break him. He's oblivious to reality.

I never realised Pokemon was such serious business until I read a few of your posts

Thanks, I think! I could have gone cheaper (Gardevoirs for £14 each, they were £19 each, I already have enough Buzzwoles regular, etc) but I know I'd end up getting the Full Arts (they just look so much prettier) so I thought I should just bite when I saw them relatively cheap. They aren't any more powerful or whatever but they stand out more when searching your deck so there's a vague, if unconvincing, reason to play them.

Plus I might take the deck they're featured in to a tournament, so they might win back value - recently I got back half the price of a 60 card deck (so £100 would be roughly the equivalent value) which is when things start to get even more interesting! :toot:

Was in the town over to go to the dentist and decided to wander into His Master's Voice for the first time in forever.

Your Name - DVD - £6.99
Citizen Kane - DVD
Dr Strangelove or: How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb - 2 for £10 w/ Citizen Kane
Foreverland by The Divine Comedy - £7.99

I also picked up some odds and sods.

Hoover - £35
1 TB Hard Drive - £39
Fold up Side Table - £10

Overall it's been an expensive day. Hoping to watch some films this weekend.

Never understood expensive cats. It seems like a bit of a waste of money for something you're going to kill and eat anyway, really.

Finally got around to making a video...

I've subbed to the other 3 in the set too so they'll be dispatched as and when they are released.

These look lovely and I really want to get one, but I cannot justify £120 for it.
