Slim wallet from eBay. £12 brand new when they're £25 everywhere else. Has a money clip on the back and a pocket on the side.

I don't get the point of money clips, particularly as something included on a wallet. What's wrong with just having a slot to insert notes into?

Also they seem like a risky approach - how easy is it for notes to slip out of one, particularly when taking it in and out of your pocket?

It's a slim wallet so the clip saves space and it's more than tight enough that there's zero chance of you pulling a note off when you take it out your pocket.

Are you looking at the photos wrong or something? The clip is only about two inches long and the whole wallet is considerably smaller and thinner than any of my normal wallets.

It's just a wallet mate you're a bit gotten to It's like Hugo but with a wallet rather than a game

Well I'm looking at them with my eyes, which is the only way I can look at them.

I genuinely don't care, like I say it just seems odd to care about "slimness" but to choose to use something that has a clip which means it is often going to be thicker than it needs to be!

Something like this where the notes are just slipped into a slot would be much thinner:

I've had a couple of wallets with a clip on them and always assumed it was for attaching the wallet to your pocket or something.

I didn't make the mental connection that you'd ever clip your money to the outside of your wallet.

I keep my notes inside my wallet because that's what normal people do.
