I usually can get around it by using an app to read the forum but the app is pretty rubbish and difficult to find my posts. Can't even remember the name of the app lol
Also none of the emojis on my phone work on this forum...have to stick to the forum emojis which are very limited and dated lol

I've been fighting for emoji support on here for years.

Just went on Uniqlo to see when their Mario, Street Fighter and Monster Hunter collections go up and noticed they currently have tees for Gundam's 40th anniversary. Bought this one:

There's about four that I wanted but just the one will do for now :fp: especially with those other collections I mentioned coming soon.

The Mario and Street Fighter ones are really disappointing.

Will probably be getting all of those. Would get another Monster Hunter t-shirt but I've already got one from the 10th anniversary collection. Might get the white Boo t-shirt as well.

After reading Mafro and Green Gecko's Gundam chat, I had a look into these kits... then got a bit obsessed... then ordered a MG Freedom kit. The detail is insane!...

I'll post a better pic once I'm finished it.

Also bought a new monitor this week. 27" QHD. Only £230, so not top-of-the-line by any means, but beautiful quality screen after using 1080p monitors for years.

Does the pro have a 4k player? I thought it was just the xbox one x.

afaik even the PS4 Pro does not play Blu-Ray Ultra HD / 4K, and it's probably down to the speed of the disk drive which wasn't great on the PS3 either (it was just 1-2x).

I have $100 in Amazon credit due to a re-gifted, er, gift voucher. I can't think of anything fun gaming or model kit/Lego/construction toy sort of related (i.e. "adult toy") so at the moment I have a basket full of industrial machining tools (yay). Can anyone suggest stuff I am better off buying in dollars and importing (exchange rate free) from Amazon.com, bearing in mind region locks? I only have a PS4.

For those of you regularly buying cool stuff and importing.

The guard on my iStubble broke (in the middle of a shave :x ) so bought this to replace it

Seems alright so far and the comb actually goes up to a decent length for long beards unlike most trimmers I've looked at. Not bad for £17.

I have a Remington hair trimmer I use to knock off extra long stubble :dread: and it still works fine. Cheap as chips.

Also great as I get free haircuts without any of the pointless waffle and wrong cut anxiety.
