My markups are well justified btw, I just spent 4 solid days producing PDF diagrams :dread:

Relevant to the thread, might be spending more than peanuts on myself for the first time in a very, very long time. I am genuine confused by this concept. I'm struggling just coming up with ideas. It's like a thing that just isn't done anymore. I follow this thread, due to its rampant consumerism, you will never take me alive, commerce!

Everything must be spent on tools or materials, and the bare minimum recent video games to avoid total mundane insanity, like £4 PSN stuff. My most recent purchase I celebrated receiving some paint retarder.

Paint retarder.

My girlfriend was like, "yes but is there anything you would like just for you, y'know, for fun" and I was just like :| for 5 solid minutes.

"It should be common sense to just accept the message Nintendo are sending out through their actions."

Finally got my Kalanchoe Beharensis!  Its a succulent plant also know as Elephant Ear Kalanchoe. Its got fuzzy leaves and an amazing shade of green. I did have tiny one as shown in the photo too.
When I was at the bus stop with this I had quite a few people look and comment telling me how beautiful they thought it was :toot: it was like I had a pet dog with me or something.

Absolutely not giving a strawberry float to opinions, but the weathers heavy gooseberry fool for July and its making me feel festive. So I've bought a snowflake shaped metal trivet for the kitchen, a giant Christmas tree shaped drinks dispenser and a copy of Phil Spectors 'A Christmas present for all' on vinyl.

Link there. £15 is a bargain, and I find their website has actual good deals on homewares. Every now and then they throw up half price KitchenAid.

Since we'll probably not be getting away for Christmas (Certainly not to New York as planned  ) I think we're gunna funnel everything into buying a house and having a massive cheese and wine night for our 10th anniversary celebration. So yes, two gallon christmas tree dispenser for punch is defo part of the plan.

:msgreen: Missed out on this when it returned to stock last week. In terms of stuff I regret not buying at the time, it's up there with the brown/olive wave tee. Cannot believe I woke up late, again, only to see it back in stock, again. Went through checkout SO QUICK  They still have more than one of it (at £5-something) in stock if anyone else likes it.

But that was £50+ worth of tees which were not really needed. I mean, I have so many tees still in their packaging(!) so those extra ones really did need returning. Hoodies on the other hand, I only have 4 of, one of which I can't wear out. So yeah, I really cannot see myself buying any more. I'll also be returning 2 hoodies from the package that's being delivered today, possibly all 3 of them if the duplicate hoodie is too large. ...Yeah okay. I have a problem. :slol:

Imagine what it's like in their t-shirt design department. You've got the work experience kid putting poorly chosen 16:9 stills from films on white t-shirts, and on the other side of the office you've got some guy with a fish, some Japanese text and a wave, wiping away the tears of laughter as he just moves the same elements around yet again, changes the colour of the material, publishes it and it sells out again.
