It looks like the car drove into it, and after separating some of the structures lined quite close to where it was before when it settled.

If you look down the left side of the windscreen, and the bottom left, it looks like it's not attached but just resting. Windscreens are laminated so it could be that it initially just popped out of the frame during the initial stage while the telephone pole was moving from the the entry point at the bottom, to it's resting point at the top.

There's a section of pole underneath the car so maybe it hit at such a pace that the top section then just dropped into the car.
