I actually think they should be available on the NHS. A thirty quid a year investment of two cups for every menstrual age woman to eliminate period poverty and massively reduce tampon waste in landfill. It would be less than that as well because of the NHS's purchasing power, and some women may still choose pads/tampons. Seems a no brainer to me.
