What are your plans for the weekend?

Friday: Work! Work! Work!
Saturday: should be dry so out on the motor bike - the part finally came so will get that fixed too
Sunday: Life Admin and wishing that the weekend was longer

Personally I like Invisible Grandfather

Friday: The usual, so pick up beer on the way home from work, cook something for my tea, make a start on the beers while cooking/eating my tea, play some video games (Dragon Quest XI, which I might stream again), crack on with the beers then go to bed when they run out.

Saturday: Sleep the beer off, wake up early afternoon then pop to the shop for energy drink and snacks and probably play more Dragon Quest

Sunday: Naff all planned, probably pop to the shop for energy drink and snacks and crack on with Dragon Quest.

I don’t think I’ve heard of any of those stories.

EDIT: Jump Into My Sack

Friday: Clubs for kids, probably either veg out and watch a movie or series on Netflix with the wife
Saturday: Hoping it will be dry for a change as there are gooseberry fool loads of jobs I need to do on the house/garden (like getting rid of the monster mouse/rat that is still eluding me in the loft :dread: ). Then probably chill in the evening - maybe some Dark Souls if I get a chance.
Sunday:No plans, just relaxing with the family hopefully.

Quack, Quack! Stick It To My Back! is the best named folk tale as it sounds like lyrics from Parappa the Rapper.

Friday - Getting some Chinese food in. Play Zelda probably. Was meant to be working later but got out of it. Might go to the shops later to save me doing it tomorrow.

Saturday - Record something (it's probably gonna be an Advance Wars cover). Play Zelda and Guacamelee 2. Hopefully get my front and back yard mowed as they are overgrown. Need to weed my side bit as well.

Sunday - Go down to my ma's for dinner. Chill out in the morning. Experience existential dread in the evening.

I asked my Italian colleague about this:

The Italian title contains a word joke: "Quaquà! Attaccati là!"

"quà" in Italian means "here" (used also to quickly say to someone "come here!"), and "là" means "there" (and again can be used to abbreviate "go there!")

"quaqua" is the written form of "Quack", the sound a duck makes.

So it's a pun 8-)

Gonna do some travelling around Cyprus this weekend as got a friend visiting. I've been scubaing all week too. It's been a nice week. Shift work has its pros and cons for sure.

Now - wait around maybe meet some friends for one drink before heading to airport. Pick up friend in larnaca and have a few more drinks and stay there the night.
Saturday- go to Famagusta(north side) do touristy stuff. Food and drinks in evening
Sunday/monday. Go to the Cyprus 'pan handle' and then kyrenia for more touristy stuff activities and food and drinks. Probably do plenty of sea swimming and relaxing between, maybe get the paddle board out.lots of eating and drinking too.
Tuesday I'm back in work and doing night shift Fri and sat night too. So swings and roundabouts I guess.

Working all weekend, catch up on F1 that I’ll be missing during the day, might grab a takeaway one night, might get an hour or two to play a game. Leading a thrilling life here

Fearless Simpleton sounds interesting?
