Sunday is my fiancée's birthday so both today and tommorow will be heavily focused on cooking and watching stuff she really really likes but I'm also off for the week so Thursdays the day were really full on celebrating it with a meal out and a trip to a spa....

As far as my kid goes it depends mostly on what she did and why , for example I'd even help her hide a body if she had killed someone if it was because they'd attempted to seriously harm or abuse her..... Where as if she'd stolen from a little old lady because sod it she wants her cash then I'd frog march her straight up to the police myself, so it's all dependent on the what's and whys.

Friday: Took the train from Edinburgh to Manchester with my daughter to see Clairo play live. Journey was a nightmare, due to a fatality on the line. Should have taken 3 hours, ended up taking over 6 and 3 trains.

Missed the support act, but got there just in time to see Clairo. Gig was great. Awesome atmosphere. Although I was the oldest there buy about 20 years! Got a bit mental at the end. Mosh pit, stage diving and a stage invasion is not what you expect at a chill-electro bedroom-pop concert!

Went for a late-night pizza at Rudy's on Peter Street (recommend!) afterwards.

Saturday: We had a fantastic breakfast in our Premier Inn, then explored the city, before heading to the train station. Only to find strike action meant rail replacement buses to Preston, and another long and painful journey home.

Sunday: Planning on taking it easy today, and recovering! Will play some Spiderman and Dragon Quest XI.

All this weekend will be spent with in laws.

If my kid broke the law, I wouldn't trust our justice system to straightem him out, I'd build my own Cat O'nine tails, and or electric chair (depending on the crime) and do it myself.

This is an old thread. But my answer is probably the same – I am doing nothing and I wouldn’t turn my kids into the police unless they had done something really horrific.

I'm going to the theater Saturday but don't really have any other plans. Going to watch Wicked.

If my kids did something bad enough I'd probably hand them over to the law.

I'm doing very little. Going to see Bumblebee tomorrow with my sister.

Might record some music if I feel like it. Might get something takeaway related tomorrow night.

Visit my ma on Sunday.

Friday: Games and wine.
Saturday: Taking down the strawberry floating Christmas decorations. I will be glad to be rid of the stuff at this point. Also, do shopping and go to gym.
Sunday: Go for long walk to get some much needed sunlight and study requirements engineering.
