Yeah its the PS2 versions - there is some kind of upscaling going on but other than that it's the original game.

I may be misremembering but there are a few more frame drops than I remember from the originals as well, but it's nothing too troubling.

Because they can emulate PS2 games, not PS3 games.

The Jak collection isn’t really remastered, it’s an upscaled job.

Jak X wasn't in the HD trilogy so this is actually for the best

How good is Jak X? It's much more about racing right?

Should be finished with The Precusor Legacy soon so will be moving onto Jak II and 3 soon!

It is literally a kart racer, like Crash Team Racing is to the original Crash Trilogy. It's also really good! Customisable vehicles, loads of game modes, great story mode, good tracks, and a definite focus on weapons (hence "combat racing").

Ah interesting, I knew it was racing focused but hadn't realised it was basically a full on kart racer, should be an interesting change of pace then!

Across all games, but only going forward. Apparently no mans sky works with the built in ps4 hdr calibration.

Has anyone else tried the new Remote Play on Android facility yet?

Fired it up last night whilst watching the England game, with my PS4Pro less than 10feet away from me. I was playing that graphical powerhouse game Word Sudoku.

The connection was awful. My PS4 is wired to the router and I get a decent 50mbs speed to it. Yet my S8 phone struggled with maintaining the connection and regularly was slow in responding

Mine has been excellent. So good i actually bought a clip for it. Far better than my Vita has ever been, even on the 2.4ghz network, better still on 5ghz. I did need the Ps4 to be wired though. When on wifi it was very choppy. Enter the Gungeon worked excellently, and any lag etc is really pronounced on that (something i have learned from playing it on vita rp and also co op using share play when my friend has been hosting - its basically unplayable in that situation).

Only issue i have is the crazy battery drain. 5 minutes drained the phone by 10%. And the battery on my phone has never run flat in a days normal use for me. So long term it looks like an impractical choice, which is a shame as it worked so well.

The new PS4 (500Gb HDD) plus Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game pack is £209.99 at Amazon. I think that - beyond limited availability in Black Friday deals - this could be the lowest pricing point for a PS4-plus-game package since launch.

Albeit you also really need to spend an additional fifty quid on a year of online play capability.

I might see if that remote play works on Bluestacks (PC android emulator). Can't think when I'd need it but I'd be curious to see.

Left analogue stick on my Pro DS4 has begun drifting upward. Took it apart and gave it a good clean but still the problem persists. Has to be a connection problem. Bugger.

My DS4 started behaving oddly after less than a month - registering twitching inputs in directions other than where I was pressing etc. Had to get it replaced in the end.

Not sure if I was just unlucky or not but between that and the joy con problems on Switch it does seem like stuff is just not a sturdy as it used to be.
