Christmas Flash Sale on PSN. Ends on Monday.

Sony has given me an extra 10% off everything on the Store as well, as I haven’t ordered anything in a while. Not the first time they’ve done this, so it would appear it pays to wait.

Medievil down to £16 in this flash sale, Tekken 7 £9, Dark Souls 3 £9, Hitman 2 £16, Rage 2 £16, NFS Heat £45.49, Death Stranding £50.

Yeah, I never get any of the good stuff. Only confirmations of money spent and promo stuff (the boring kind), never had any coupons. Apparently PS CS tried telling someone it's because of the customer's GMail account, but that doesn't seem likely given particular emails do reach their destination 10/10. But it does make me want to temporarily switch it to Yahoo on the off chance...

Finally bought Dishonoured 2 + Expansion bundle. £16 seemed like a good deal. I may also pick up the F4GotY/Skyrim SE bundle if I find Dishonoured too dour. For anyone with an Asda nearby: my local one is selling the latest Sonic racing game for £17 - that is £7 cheaper than the Christmas PSN price.

I love OLED's but surely in this case an E-ink screen would make more sense.
The PS4 pad already has gooseberry fool battery life so anything linking to it needs to be as low power as possible.

You see those few bits that are lit up on the device? That's the only part of the display that's drawing power, if it is actually OLED. But I guess considering how shitty the DS4 battery is, even drawing so little an amount of power may be too much...

Due to the mostly shite offerings, I haven't played a plus game for over a year and I don't play multiplayer, so I finally let my subscription lapse. Ps plus needs a serious overhaul if it's to compete with Xbox game pass.

I don't think it ever will but Sony aren't even trying to improve it.

Uncharted games are great, very Indiana Jones like storys. 2 is the high point of the series, but there's no 'bad' ones.

Not too bad but I will download Uncharted Collection. Finished them all on PS3 ages ago.

Bought the collection from Argos for £7.99 during Black Friday and it's still sealed so time to punt it on Ebay..

Brilliant series, sealed still because I've played the series countless times on PS3 and the Nathan Drake Collection.

Goat Simulator on the other hand scraping the strawberry floating barrel with that one and what a shitty way to welcome new PS4 users into the new year

Uncharted 1 is shite but it picks up with 2.
