If P5 Royal is on sale, go for that. There's no point in playing the original anymore.

Ah I think it's the original, I didn't realise there was an updated version. Thanks.

You playing on 'ard as nails difficulty or something? Also, if I'm remembering right (does it start at French landings?) it's not that hard once you get further inland. Makes sense that they'd make beach landing a bit of a ball ache, even on normal.

Oh no, I was playing multiplayer sorry!

Cod campaigns don't really appeal to me. Is this one worth a go?

The campaign's fun got to say in my view. I'm not a great FPS player, and can't play Warzone to play my life, but have been getting back into WW2 as to me it's more fun and you can die as much as you like and still get in on the kills and such.

Have you tried War? That's much more fun than the deathmatches - you have objectives to do as teams and it's really good when you get stuck in.

War Mode is excellent. Give it a go Azza.

I'll give it another go for you Denny. I did play it a bit but just ended up on teams that got bulldozed every match. Tends to be the experienced players know exactly where people will be appearing from and can gun you down as soon as you approach the objective. Probably just need to grit my teeth through the noob phase (and also find a gun I actually like).

VERY much looking forward to battlefront 2 though. I really enjoyed BF1 so can't wait to get stuck into that.

I loved BF1 despite its flaws but I can't get into 2. Too many bottlenecks and players with all the best gooseberry fool unlocked.

Does the game have a way of putting new players into lobbies as it'll get a bunch soon as it would be unfair to put them up against veterans with max upgraded equipment?

How’s the DLC war maps Denny? They are like a fiver in the sale so was tempted to grab one

Hi! I deffo am but I haven't played since Season 2 started so I am VERY out of practice (haven't even seen the new map) and due to lockdown circumstances it's hard to commandeer the living room for voice chat and games etc.

That said I really do wanna play with you again so maybe we get a time in the diary and I'll book out TV time with the flatmates?

No worries; yes that sounds like a plan! Check when you're free and will book a session!

There's been quite a few changes since last you played. Plus, I've got slightly better! :D

If you decide to try and download both PS+ games this month it's 200gb so don't expect to play them soon.

Who the hell downloads the + games? We all "buy" them and then never think about them again.

FIFA20 is only £8.99 on the PS Store at the moment. I'm still on 18 and have put in hundreds of hours so at that price I think I might have to bite.

But then Metro Exodus just went up on PS Now yesterday...

Though playing anything is moot for me at the moment as my DS4 is proper borked now.

The state of the music in that trailer - had to mute the sound :dread:

I loved the indoor option in FIFA '98 and had been wanting them to bring it back for ages, but this looks more like a fully-fledged mode, and a bit more FIFA Street-esque. Is that right, does anyone know?
