Welcome to PS5, Prototype! How're you finding it so far?

I got the digital version so haven't bought any games yet. Even with the sale last weekend I couldn't bring myself to pay £50 for a digital game.

Got loads of ps4 games downloaded that I haven't played yet so that'll do me just now.

The load times are insane.

With Insomniac working on 2 Marvel IP’s now, what are the chances another Sony studio gets a Marvel IP to work with? Sucker Punch seem a prime candidate for this, could see them on a Daredevil game.

Depends on what the devs want to do. I don't think Sony would foist an IP on anyone. Jimbo has talked about growing existing studios naturally (I forget the phrase he used) and there was chatter elsewhere a while back about PS studios being on a hiring spree, so they'll have the talent to work on more than one game certainly.

I dunno who'd be suited to what. I'm just happy when games get announced

Nope. They did a PS4 to PS5 upgrade path for SM: Miles Morales, but not for the original release. (Because, they say, they never released the remastered one on its own )

It’s a console LAUNCH exclusive apparently, so it will likely come to Xbox a year or so after the PS5 launch

Also worth mentioning, if you weren't already aware, that ShopTo sell PSN credit with a lot of money off. The most discounted is the £35 top ups, which are 12% off at £30.85, but if you buy them often enough you become a Gold Member and the reduction goes down to 14% at it's £30.23.

It's worth Google searching whenever you're buying PSN credit as sometimes you can get even better deals than on shopto. When buying FFVII I managed to get £25 credit codes for £18.70 which is a 25% saving.
