Looking at comments from gamers over at PushSquare, a common complaint is that it feels a bit disorganised on the Store in terms of which games are/aren't included with the various tiers; in some cases it seems that incorrect labels have been applied.

Buying credit from cd keys to upgrade to Extra, but I'm going to wait until I've finished my back log before I actually take the plunge. Extra seems to be the best option, for me at least.

Yes, I had Now until the date above.

I've just noticed that a bunch of PS4 games, under the "Remasters" section are actually locked behind Premium rather than included with Extra as other PS4 games are. It seems that PS4 remasters are being classed as 'Classics' alongside PS1/PS2/PS3 games.

Laga, absolutely, I noticed this a while back, too - it's a bit of a shame as all other PS4 titles are available as part of Extra.

...it seems that not all the PS4 and PS5 games are available as part of the Extra tier; some - badged as Remasters and including stuff such as Batman: Return to Arkham , Bioshock and The Last of Us - are only available as part of the Premium level...

I believe they were worried that there would be too many games.

Even weirder is that some of the stuff locked behind Premium has been given away on old PS Plus previously.

The PS5 version of Observer seems to be available for streaming only, rather than download, which is a bit strange!

That seems.... unnecessary.

I didn't even know they did streaming of PS5 games.

Definitely says streaming (rather than download) on the product page. Feels like it's an error, as you'd expect the PS5 games to be downloadable.

It might be an error in labelling; as I touched upon earlier, it seems that some games have incorrect Extra/Premium labels on them.

Is Super Stardust Portable really the only PSP game available...?

I can't quite believe this considering they are advertising it as including PSP games, but I'm struggling to find any more when searching

Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger is showing up as £11.99 for me. Anyone else want to see if it's doing the same for them?

Nevermind, it came up as downloadable when searching for it... :|

I've definitely seen a few things mislabelled. I've even managed to set a Premium game to download on my Extra sub. :shifty:

The downloads are SLOOOOOOOW. Interestingly, I've managed to download five games on the PS4, but haven't completed one on the PS5. I imagine it's seen a higher uptake on PS5 than PS4 based on my sample size of one.

Can you get monthly passes for PS+ extra? I fancy playing Returnal and Miles Morales but don’t want to sub for a year just for that.

Yes, but only if you don't currently subscribe to Plus Essential. If you do, you'll have to pay the difference for the remainder of your existing subscription.
