FAO:

Could whoever 'borrowed' my mug from the staff kitchen please return as it has sentimental value.

Best wishes,

Hi all,

I’m not saying it was me, but can I remind everyone that the top two shelves are for COMMUNAL MUGS and the BOTTOM shelf is for individual mugs please? There’s a reason we have these rules!!

Kind regards etc.

All,

Please remember company policy around loading instructions. Instructions should be present and clear with cargo before activation of the Power Loader. This comes after overhearing a verbal request this morning to move cargo to Bay 12, which could have resulted in confusion or an unsafe situation.

We must do better!

Yours,

All,

Additional to Paul's missive can I just remind everyone that Power Loader's are only to be used by those who have passed their loader certification test. Yes, even in the event of Xenomorph invasion Ripley.

Rules exist for a reason and if we have another incident then the facility is going to be put on measures by head office.

Regards.

All,

Following on from Jenuall's correspondence, WE DO NOT AND WILL NEVER FORMALLY ACKNOWLEDGE OR DENY THAT A XENOMORPH INVASION DID OR DID NOT HAPPEN WITHIN OR WITHOUT OUR FACILITY

Thank you

Apologies for the blanket mail. Just wanted to check if anyone else had received the attached email? It looks like a fishing scam, and when you click the link, it doesn't take you to where it looks like it should.

Be careful out there!

Hi

I've already raised an IT ticket.

For some reason all of my folders on the N Drive are corrupt or missing.

Speak soon

P. S did you sign GGs card?

FWD: N:/ Woes

Hi Qikz,

Appreciate this has just been raised but please can you get this sorted asap? Not sure if you realise but there are several crucial files based on this drive that Dual needs to access for BAU activities relating to month end.

What is the ETA for this being fixed?

Thanks

Hi Cuttooth,

Unfortunately as I already told you on the phone we need proper approval from one of your managers and after I've emailed them five times already they still haven't come back to me. Please if this is important please follow this up with your manager.

Regards,
Qikz

Do we really need to get a department head to get involved in such a minor request? Seems very inefficient to me.

Hi all,

Regarding the N drive, I’d like to propose a breakout session to touch base with the key stakeholders, so we can deep dive the issue and enable a holistic project plan to optimise synergy.

Suggest 2am tomorrow as this is the only time that works for everyone. Responses requested by Close of Play.

Kind regards etc.

p.s. Xenomorph eggs are NOT invited to the breakout.

Don't want to keep banging the drum but what good are our support departments doing to the business when they're all 'working' from home?

All,

I would like to present our new manager of the HR department, taking over from GG after his sudden departure from the company.

Dear All,

Can we remind staff that the correct way to 'get out of this chickenshit outifit' is via the standard disciplinary procedure. This would be via the following

Get an initial understanding.
Investigate thoroughly.
Invite the employee to a disciplinary meeting.
Conduct the disciplinary meeting.
Decide on action to take.
Confirm the outcome in writing.
Right to appeal.

In response to a recent query, Bradford Factor scores will be taken into account during the disciplinary process.

Kind regards,
HR

Subject: I'm fundraising again lol

To: Global Address Book - All Users (Comms Use Only)

Hello again everyone....... :)

Its that time of year again! I am fundraising again to raise money for the Pidgoen Sanctuery. Some of you may know that my great Uncle Bert loved Pidgoens and sadly these sanctuerys are not considered "of cultural merrit" so without OUR support they will be no more!!!

On 1st October I will be doing a 5 mile walk :) not sure how long this will take as I have been working at home during Covd-19 next to the fridge and am keen for Slimming World to start again hahaha!
I will take lots of pics to share with your all :) I MIGHT do fancy dress so I might look a bit silly

Nothing new there lol

If you wound like to donate to this very worthy cause, here is the link

Thanks

If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience.

Kind regards

Dear All,

For the past 5 years since leaving the company I have been receiving Microsoft 365 billing notifications as someone added my personal e-mail address to the system when this was originally configured. It's quite bothersome as I would like to move on, so please, can that be undone, possibly by contacting Microsoft head office.

Kindest regards
