So many close calls and too many risks later, and I manage to find myself up against the psychic member of the Four. I got slaughtered. So, the plan is to go above and beyond in levelling before tackling it again. We will see how I do come New Years Eve with Part 8. If I don't get it done then, I'm calling it quits.

Potentially calling it quits so close to the end :( I watched some of your stream last night and think you’ll need to level up quite a bit if you don’t mind the grind! Either that or your electric trio will have to ace it for you.

I'll be aiming for 75, which is only around ten levels higher than my lowest currently are. I should easily manage that. Even with the low amount of experience gained per battle.

Finally got round to playing diamond today, after seeing Ella so excited to play Pearl. I've started with Chimchar again like I did in the originals.

Why does the skull fossil look like a fossilised kirby?

Up to gym 5 on my Diamond save now, really enjoying this even though it’s my second run through.

Marked down as a fail. I was right to fear that Garchomp. Had I kept Raichu healthy, I might have been able to get a Reflect off and protect myself somewhat from the Earthquakes that befell me. It wasn't to be, though. I'll complete the run in my own time, but I'm not going to be streaming any more of it. That's two streams that have gone into facing off against the league. I don't want to drag it into a third.

That’s a shame you couldn’t get it finished off on the stream, be interesting to see what level your team ends up when you do best Cynthia.

Long shot, but does anyone have a spare Protector they could trade me? Don't really fancy waiting until the post game to get a Rhyperior.

I cannot for the life of me find a shiny stone. I want a roserade and I've been underground so often, running into dens to reset digging spawns, that I'm accidentally overpowered with 4 badges. The whole team is over level 40. Is there a certain threshold in game I need to reach (like certain number of badges ect) for me to be able to dig shiny stones up?

You want Iron Island. There's one there. Otherwise, it really does come down to the luck of the draw and your digging skills.
